Good location but also a very bad location , expensive for what we got .
Close to Roma Street station
So close to Roma street station we were woken up at 4 am when work commenced on the upgrade . By 6am it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. We were a late arrival and we used the code give to get in, which didn’t work. We rang the after hours number 3 times and were told there was a higher than usual number of calls and we were out on hold. Eventually we worked out that a step to open the door had been left off the email. Can’t comment on the staff as we never saw them.

Altho the place was very clean the actual place need an upgrade!
Was handy and straight across street from Roma Train Station
Very dated , water pressure very poor - just a trickle , the shower over a very old but clean bath was impossible to regulate. The corner of ceiling tile in the kitchen was loose.
